The building is giving a new concept of multifunctional entertainment hub to Berlin inhabitants. Apart from the open piazza and the waterfront in front of the building, it includes another typology of a lift up covered open square. The project also includes different exhibition halls and hanging gardens that act as a vertical forest. Moreover, the theatre stage is on the 6th floor and the entire hall is extending to the 8th floor. In this way the audience is having the opportunity to see the canal in the background of the stage, providing another dimension to the act.
