Seeking Architect for Mega Project with Contract Until April 20, 2024

We are in search of a skilled architect to join our team on a contract basis for a mega project. The ideal candidate should possess a strong proficiency in plan resolution and be highly proficient in creating AutoCAD presentations for plans and sections.

Responsibilities:

– Drafting and presenting plans and sections using AutoCAD
– Solving plans effectively
– Conducting project studies and presenting concepts using Photoshop or Illustrator
– Overseeing the development of 3D models using Rhino software
– Rendering 3D models using Lumion, 3ds Max, or other suitable software to ensure high-quality visuals for the expansive landscape park and the organic architectural buildings within it, which feature parametric design elements
– Producing final project sheets

Required Software Proficiency:

– Lumion or 3ds Max with Corona Renderer
– Rhino
– Photoshop
– AutoCAD
