BIM MEP Specialist

Location: Remote
Atrio Milano, a leading architectural and engineering consultancy firm, is seeking a highly skilled
and motivated BIM MEP Specialist to join our team. As a BIM MEP Specialist, you will play a
crucial role in helping us deliver exceptional service to our clients, ensuring the successful
integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) into our MEP projects using Revit software.
This is a remote position, and we welcome applicants from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed BIM models and designs for MEP systems.
  • Collaborate with our project teams to ensure the successful implementation of BIM
    methodologies in MEP projects.
  • Conduct clash detection analysis to resolve potential issues during the design and construction
    phases.
  • Generate accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates using BIM data.
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on BIM MEP practices.
    Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in MEP systems design and implementation within BIM.
  • Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit and Navisworks.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Very good user of Autocad. and Revit.
  • English language is findmental while Italian and German is a plus.
  • BIM modeling experience in Oil & Gas projects are a huge plus.
  • A portfolio or samples of previous BIM MEP work.
